rear windows not working

converting a 2013 Tahoe was a sheriffs car. Plugged each side into harness ,nothing,but I can control the windows from drivers seat, before I start lookin for a loose ground somewere thought ide ask thanks...

Make sure the 'Child safety switch' isn't turned. It's in the door jamb. Turn it with a screw driver and things should start working. I'm pretty sure that's all it took for our Tahoe PPV rear windows to start working.
