You did it??? I did not catch that ... sorry man my bad.DUH.I did my wiper delete. So again...
I didn't do the actual welding or bodywork if that's what you mean. I removed the wiper parts, found a guy that could weld aluminum, told him how I wanted the backing plates tacked in only to cut down on warpage, and had a friend who owns a body shop do the bodywork and paint. Sorry, I thought you had seen my build thread before. Here's a link if you're interested. I've done most of the work on my truck with a few exceptions. You did it??? I read it ... the "Auto On" for the headlight issue found this ... so thanks for that heads up.I didn't do the actual welding or bodywork if that's what you mean. This forum and a magnet. This ***** not hard, you just need to read. I think that's what you need to spend time doing, and you'll learn a lot. More reading and less advice giving, in my opinion. No offense, but I've read a lot of your advice and Porsches and PT Cruisers aren't necessarily qualifiers to giving advice on our SUV's . I know you're trying to help, but being new to these vehicles means you should be learning and not trying to help so much. But that's just my opinion, and please don't take offense.I read it ... the "Auto On" for the headlight issue found this ... so thanks for that heads up.

Now ... I'm not entirely sure what to do with them but I'll have them.
But ... curious ... how did you know that rear lid hatch is "Aluminum???" Clearly you can't tell by looking?? I know it is "now" but how did you know it was???
Criticism duly noted! About 2500 hundred and 4 cylinders worth of difference power wise ( 951 not so much ) But 4 wheels and an engine "Principles" are still the same. This forum and a magnet.
