rear wiper won't stop

when I use my rear windshield washer my wiper never shuts off even with the key off and the door open is this a Pulse board problem or is it in the switch in the dash

I had the same problem about a year ago. The wiper kept going even when the car was off and locked. If you pop the back glass it stops. That was my fix although came out an hour later closed the glass and no probz sense. Cheapest and fastest fix ever.
