I have a 2013 chevy tahoe with 59k miles. I bought from previous owner at 48k miles and not sure what fluids have been changed. I’ve done the regular oil changes but As far as front and rear diffs go for example, what mileage should I change that fluid at? How about the transfer case? Or do i just go by what the owner manuals state. I would be replacing the gasket on transfer case and rear differential as well.
Thank you!

Run the severe service schedule and she will last a long long time. As Wes said, change all the fluids, even the coolant.

There is no gasket on the transfer case, unless you mean that the case is leaking and the rear differential gasket is reusable.

Yes, the severe duty schedule and since you have no idea, do all fluids NOW. Includes: coolant, brake fluid, diffs, transfer case and transmission. On the trans, do the filter and inspect for ANY debris in the pan. Very fine silt is normal, in small amounts, especially if never changed before. Pics would help to see what you see. Don't forget power steering fluid, too. Then you have a baseline of when was done and can move on from there. Each one of those fluids is the "blood" of that particular system.

I don't believe GM has a replacement schedule for the diff lube. I read a post on another forum where a GM engineer stated that the diff lube is not considered a maintenance item, that is, that the lube is expected to last the life of the diff. What he didn't say is what GM thought the expected life of the diff was... ;)

It has been a really long time since I bought a used car, but when I used to do that, I always changed every single lube/coolant/filter, as soon as I got the vehicle. It was my new baseline for maintenance schedule.

If you haven't, you might try a pulling Carfax report (like $25). Many times the service that has been accomplished will show up on it. Might save you some money/time if it has been maintained according to GM's schedule.

As stated above many times, if you don't know when any fluid was last changed, change it now, and then you 'know'. You won't hurt your vehicle by changing fluids more often (unless you let an incompetent person do the work), but you will hurt your vehicle by not changing the fluids often enough.

Any brand power steering fluid is fine. You "should" be able to reuse the rear diff gasket and trans pan gasket..
You may not know for sure until you get them off and inspect.

Just remember, your suv is really very low mileage, but it's all 8-9 years old.. That's more than a lifetime for
a lot of fluids/gaskets/ softparts
