I know I seem to be blowing up the threads, but I was wondering if there was a way to mod in remote window operation on an 05 hoe. Any info would be appreciated. TIA.

You did not state if you had an alarm or not...
Not sure if you can do this with just the factory key fob remote. Maybe, just maybe, someone has figured out how to do that.
For me ...you would be better served by stepping up to a new alarm. I'm 100% sure you can do what you want, roll up and down windows with an alarm with one of these;

Step up and get a remote start alarm most have enough channels to do window roll up, roll down, pop open rear glass and start the truck.
