all i know is the bcm is looking for stuff thats not there. the 2wd harness and bcm would have fixed all this id think.
im not aware of any way to permanently delete C codes.
depending where he lives hes got inspection issues already due to his pcm vin not matching the vin on the new body. so he might need some tuning along those lines just to be legal and pass inspection if he has inspection where he lives.
unless hes trying to run the 4x4 pcm, no idea of the whole story here.
