I found a much easier AND FASTER way to do it. On the drivers side remove all of the bolts holding the extra battery holder down and remove it. Behind the headlight there is a hard cardboard like material. I simply used an exacto knife and SLIT the rubber being careful not to hut wiring behind it and removed/replaced the bulb. The passanger side is a bit more tricky. I had to open up the air box and remove the cover and filter (4 screws). Then simply pull up ******* the bottom of the airbox and it pops right out (its being held by 3 grommets). There is foam on the side of the airbox but its not glued to anything so dont worry. Then its slit the cardboard material and replace the bulb. The beauty of slitting the material is that you don't ruin the integrity of its function. Does this help you???

Mikey use the link that Tool gave.

Yaron, there isn't enough room to access the back of the headlights and install the ballasts. Just do it properly. Do not cut the backing, this is not a Civic!

+1. However, if you dont have time to remopve the entire headlight assembly, you can just remove the top tow bolts holding the headlight in an VERY gently pull the headlight oput enough to stuff your hand back there. Keep in mind that the light is still bolted on the bottom, however with the top two bolts removed, you can get it out just enough to work behind it.
