I need to repaint my handles, they’re worn on the inside of where you grab them. But with my latest attempt at painting my grill emblem, Im not too sure of my painting skills. Looks like you’re doing good at it though!So I’m starting to tackle paint items. My poor paint is thrashed.... like everywhere.... ugh
At any rate @ivin74 sold me three door handles in my exact paint color! Score! But holy crapolla!!! If I’d known how much work it takes to switch out a door handle!! I would not have done it. Anyways, the drivers door handle is in excellent condition as well as the front passenger side handle is great in great shape. Gave them a little clay bar and a little CG V36 polish and they cleaned right up! Then I tackled switching out my driver door handle. It was a nightmare! But I got the swap done(thankfully!)

Yup that’s exactly where my drivers door handle was wearing out. It was driving me bonkers!
that’s a good idea... if you want your handles to be painted silver birch metallic!!
Don't forget, it's all in the prep.
How much work is it to pull the handles? I would need to pull them, paint them and reinstall them in 2 days.
