Always think it’s funny when it snows and my truck is out side and the third tail light is always clear of snow even before starting the truck lol
Edit: excuse the dirty mess of the truck. He saw three straight weeks of snow and rain, including while I was up in Utah and rain almost the entire way home Friday. Lol. He got a full pressure washer and foam cannon bath today thankfully

Adulting?! Nah I think I’ll return that and be goofy 16 year old me for a bit…. Last day on snow at bear mountain today for the 22-23 season. Snow summit is staying open til the 30th provided snow holds and guests keep booking. But it was near 70 Saturday and Sunday last weekend. 50s all this past week and right about 60ish both yesterday and today. We held our annual pond skim event yesterday. Good costumes and fun times. Pulled the Rex out of hibernation for some spring laps today. More photos and some really funny vids to follow of my run from the top.

Well y’all…. It’s been a crazy hectic few months. life has kept on the constant move. I swear going 100 miles an hour all day everyday up until a couple weeks ago. Have been working on some truck stuff in between work and the travels. But haven’t had a lot of time to update the build thread. Got lots of updates coming as a few projects are under way for the Nali.

Here’s a quick snapshot of the afternoon. Mom has to move again and so I told her I’d take the fire woood that she had left which wasn’t a big giant pile, since the new rental only has a gas fireplace. Hooked up the small utility trailer that a friend loaned to my mom and brought a rack and the wood over to my garage. Nali is still a work rig these days lol. But he has pretty much handled everything I’ve thrown at home quite well. Lol.
And PS YES I know that I loaded the trailer backwards…. We were hustling because they were originally saying we were gonna get hit with high winds and lots of rain today as a result of Hilary hitting the coast. So I threw everything on and figured the two or so miles to my house would have been fine to drive it loaded that way. It was fine. Little noisy over bumps but fine overall. SPOILER ALERT: we got no rain, mild winds and dark clouds rolling through. They think paper is gonna be out for two days when it does actually hit…. We shall see. Lol

Not exactly thrilled about my poor road tank getting so much rained in. Some heavy rain over night, steady showers through the day and heavy rain since about 2pm west coast time today. Windier than snot out here at the ranch but no flooding yet thankfully. Easily gonna surpass 6 inches of rain through about midnight which is what they were predicting. Morning says clear skies though so I’ll be able to detail spray and blow dry all the vehicles in the morning. I’ll take a short video and upload the heavy pouring. It’s nuts…..
The three Voigt vehicles have been rained on so much today that the dirt has all been washed off and so has my Denali as well!!

Been a lot going on. Been home this week. Got a new king size bed out of moms move last weekend. Enjoying my time at home before I have to go back to the ranch next week. Dropped the Nali off Wednesday to have my rotors and pads checked. Rotors are all good with tons of life left in them. Front pads still at 80% after a little over a year which is kinda crazy! The power stop pads are worth the price. Rear pads only at 15% and because I have a few up and down the mountain trips in the next two weeks, I just grabbed dura last ceramic pads from autozone cuz they were in stock and I yesterday was the only free time I had to swap em out. They were real close…. Got it back together and back to work I went today….. ooi.

New bed was worth the work. Been sleeping solid since I put it together and new bed Calls for all new bedding.

Geez, man, you're suppose to bed in the PADS! ;)

Seriously, they were due, and a job well done!
