replacing factory amp

Hey guys, we have a 2004 tahoe z71 and I am pretty sure that the factory bose amp is shot. Can I put in any type of 4-channel amp in to replace it? And how much work am I looking at? I wanna get this fixed before I sell the truck. Thanks guys.

If you have the Bose system, you must put in an OEM Bose amp to get everything going again. Ebay has plenty of them, but I still have mine for sale if you are interested, PM Me. $50 and its yours.
