Scuffed up the black controls for some paint and scothbright padded the plastic trim to get rid of that blue.

Everything went super easy EXCEPT these armrest covers OMG I give up. I emailed seatshop to see if they have any other advice or to recommend a upholster shop to let them do it. I don't understand why you don't remove the old leather but I guess they have a reason.

I could just repaint my existing ones as the only problem with them was the color but I bought new since they didn't cost that much.

Nice work! I did my driver and passenger seat bottoms using The Seat Shop stuff - spendy but good quality and a perfect match. Found stretching the front leather over the foam to click the connector in place the hardest part.

Seatshop gave me a business near here in Dothan where they collaborate with so I am gonna take the armrests there.

My wife wants new seat leather in her Denali now, they are not torn or anything but 20YO so if it keeps me from having a car payment I am all for it.

I also found new seat foam on ebay for $50 for the front set, that is a LOT cheaper than $145 for one at the seat shop. I wonder how different they are?

Crazy the differences in prices for seat foam cushions. From $67 for both to $159 for one...why the difference?

Excellent work, I just replaced the WT cloth in my 00 Silvy with quite literally the cheapest "pleather" upholstery I could find on eBay lol. Needless to say, it doesn't look anywhere as good as the Seat Shop stuff.

I will definitely go this route with the wife's Denali. I don't care as much about my daily, but for hers I would absolutely foot the bill for that fitment and quality.
