Replacing stock stereo

I have an 01 denali and I wanted to replace the stock stereo I want the alpine IDA-X303 can I still use my Cd changer with that ????

It looks to only be compatible with an Alpine CD changer.

I'm not familiar with the CD changer you have now but there may be something.

Ive heard that you cannot use the stock 6 cd changer with any aftermarket decks but Im not sure
