Reputable tuner to go with?

I am a newbie when it comes to 5.3/6.0 performance since i have been a dieselhead for many years so please forgive me for my ingorance. I just bought a 03 GMC yukon Denali with a Whipple sidemount supercharger, Borla shorty headers, Corsa exhaust. It may already have a tune but the 2nd owner from whom i bought it from pretty much knew nothing about any of the upgrades. I would like to have a professional look at the tuning to see if it is stock or just a ****** tune that needs to be redone since the fueling comes on all at once at about 30% throttle position. Can anybody point me in the right direction to a well known reputable tuner that i can contact? Also, what programs are people using for tuning these things. I have efi live from my duramax that i can use if it is something pretty common with gas tuners. Any help appreciated. Thank you, Bret
