The description starts out with AUX; I wonder if they are trying to say this is the auxiliary (rear) fan motor?

Good luck contacting RA. It's nearly impossible, except for email. and they don't credit shipping either..

R/A does credit for shipping if it’s their boo boo. They’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. Returning an a/c compressor that was dropped & leaking by UPS was painless.

No humans involved, 100% online, on their site. Zero processing time for the refund $.

The RA GM parts I have gotten generally ship from an address local in my state and I can guestimate the Chevy dealer that they came from.

I'll purchase smaller items from RA like belts, switches, if necessary. But I purchased a condenser from them that was a big ticket item, which I was not able to install for about 4-5 weeks because of work. When I finally pulled it out of the box, one of the line fittings was welded so crooked there was no possible way to mount it in the car. RA's customer service were complete a-holes about the item and I ended up eating close to $200. So I don't place a lot of faith in the company.

dang that is unfortunate, it sucks when you order parts and don't get around to doing the work in the return window, i'm in that situation with a fuel pump I haven't done the work yet

Yeah, been there many times myself. I usually try to at least open the box to visually inspect the part as soon as I receive it, though. Luckily, I've not had a performance issue so far that required me to want to return an item outside of the return window due to my inability to get things done in a timely manner

I've had a few cases where rock auto has sent parts that look like they came out of a flood or are super old so I generally only buy stuff from them that isn't affected by stuff like that or cheap enough that I'm not put much if it's a dud.
