Heard some noise the other day. poped valve covers off to find this, as well as All of my rocker bearings very loose and pushrods all bent a cpl thousandths.
As far as I know this is a bone stock OEM 06 5.3 Vin T engine.
Bolt heads showed no signs of previous owner going into the engine.
Engine also had 22psi idle oil pressure. changed oil to mobile 5w30 and filter to ACDelco PF48, now oil pressure is 42psi idle.
What could cause this?
