Cut to shape a think piece of abs to use as a bracket from the lip to the bumper cover amd fill in that gap. Or a metal or aluminum.

Yeah I was thinking a piece of black ABS would work.

Here's the gap. Surprised, right? That's why I didn't think it would work. I mean. This air dam isn't supposed to fit the NBS anyway. I think it looks right like I did it.

That's what I thought. Just pulled it back a little. Lining up the edge but making it slightly off on the curves, which nobody would ever notice unless you're at a low enough eye level like with a mouse.

Exactly. My truck is low enough you can't even get your head down there to see. Sneaky mofo.

I think the 99-02 Denali is the best of the NBS but I may be biased. One thing I really like is the all-mechanical AWD with no traction control switch to turn on or off. It just plain hooks up and the transfer case is rated for 500+ HP. I hope this thread is a motivator for anyone wanting to build one of these. Just wait until the Whipple is installed. It's gonna be even more of a blast to drive.

I can't say this enough and again no disrespect to the other Yukon Denalis here including myself. In my opinion RedRocket has the most beautiful yd I e ever seen jaw dropping for real. You definitely insprired me bud keep her clean can't wait for the blower so I can drool so more
