I finally got around to installing new rubber weatherstripping around my DS headlight. I took it off because the headlight was fogging so I needed to seal it with RTV last Winter. Anybody with a NBS Denali that hates the big gap around the headlights I highly suggest my mod. Here’s a link to the rubber. It just sticks on. I suggest marking the headlight where the hood line is with narrow masking tape so you know where you want the outside edge of the weatherstrip to end up and clean the area with alcohol before sticking it down.

That’s a great idea! My OEM style lights came with a fairly decent rubber edge, but I think those would be much better, and not so visible.. a3a15d31e79fe6430738cb086331f1e2.jpg

I have. They don’t stay put.. this is one part of the benefit of using your method.. [emoji106][emoji16]
Are you trying to pull them out or push them in? You should be trying to push them in so they lay flat against the headlights, not be pulled out to the outside. If that makes sense.

n a number of times. I think the gap is just too big for them to stay pushed in. I’ll add the weatherstrip. Already ordered it.
