I don't know if you'd wanna geek out on it, but I'd get the volume of that enclosure and add a tuned port before installing it if the numbers all worked out. Get more bang for the buck with less power. I have a 5" sub in my work van (Transit 250) in a 1/2" plywood box with a slot port tuned to 45Hz on about 120 watts from a cheap Power Acoustik (turned way down, of course). It fills the cabin nicely, rattles my radar detector on the windshield, vibes the passenger seat cushion and even gently pats your chest on a fairly wide range of notes.
The driver is from a passive subwoofer from a cheap Sony home theater setup. I found it in the parking lot one night at Petco. My guess is someone took it out of their trunk to carry a large bag of food or kennel or something and left it. The sub looked pretty decent with a nice magnet, neoprene surround and lots of excursion, so I pulled it and trashed the thin particle board cube.
