Roof Basket with Lights

Looking for opinions on good value Roof Mounted Basket that I can Mount Lights, Shovel and Axe to.

Smittybuilts look good but are pricey

There are a lot of others on the internet, but no real good way of telling how well they are built.

I have had my eye on this one for a while but haven't pulled the trigger, it is a one piece design which means no nuts or bolts to come loose and it has a front deflector and is good size and not overpriced by some major name brand, if I do buy one this will be it no sense in paying more for the exact same thing.
whatever you decide on, put a lock on it people like to swipe these things

as far lights you can just bracket any kind you want on the basket
