That's what I figured. I mean for $200 a kit that includes four shock absorbers, keys, and spacers- something is wrong. I wish I could get their kit without the shocks!!

totally worth it. I have superlift keys and 5100 bils and i love em, but if rough country has a combo for that price WITH shocks, jump on that while you can. Worst case scenario is you dont like the shocks, you get bils anyways and save the RC ones as spares when you are out bush win win situation for how cheap that combo is.

SURE!!!!!!!! Pay attention to the wheel well spacing between the tires. Its not gonna beat a proper lift, but ill tell you this, I bash this truck thru the australian outback with spacers and keys and it rocks the shit out of the landrover/ patrol/prado crowd. Its worth it if you dont want to spend the $ to go huge.

What size tires you runnin ryangt?

285/75/R16 BFG all terrain A/t E-rated

Thats on the stock wheels obviously. That is as big as i would ever go. You already will get rubbing issues in a few spots, but nothing more than tire on fender liner off road. On road, youll notice practically no rubbing at that tire size/ leveling kit combo.

Ive been thinkin lately that by the time winter rolls back around im gonna paint my stockers black, and put some meatier tires on them. Along with some keys and spacers.

If anybody knows of somebody that has a good deal on some used tires let me know. They dont have to be perfect condition because they are just gonna be on for winter.

So I just bought the rough country kit off ebay! I paid $230 with $17 shipping. They retailed EVERYWHERE (even ebay) at $260.95, but I offered the guy $230 and explained that I could get it for $260 with free shipping from several different places. I'm happy with the buy, and looking forward to install. The only bad news is that my tires still have roughly 15,000 miles left on them, and I can't go out and pay out the ass for a set of 33"s at the moment.

By the way thanks for the pics!

----- Update ------

Installed the leveling kit, and it looks good for right now. I had the keys put on, but they weren't cranked to the maximum capacity, and they were just put on at the angle they come. I'm leaving it like that for now because I won't be getting bigger tires quite awhile, and I don't want it to look goofy in the meantime! I used the rough country shocks that came with the kit, and they feel much softer than the stock shocks. Somep people on here said they would be rough, but I have a smoother ride than I did before the level kit. Then again those were the stock shocks which were brand new 120,000 miles ago! :) I will post pics later this week most likely, and I'm ready to continue with my summer plans which include exhaust work, CAI, and tune, as well as some pre-emptive frame work!
