Hi All, first post here. Just bought a slightly used 2008 Tahoe. I want to install my PNP Sirius unit on the dashboard somewhere in the center. I'd like to run the wires in the seem above the center vents (as seen in the pic). Is that doable? How do I pop those vents out? Just pry, like the trim around the radio?

Yup. Just start by prying the "chrome" closest to the gauge cluster. It will pop off and then you can continue prying the vent portion out. There is room back there to run the wires down to the stereo without a problem. I did this with my bury speakerphone kit.
