Rubber bumper that goes around the edge of the rear screens. $60 with tax for one at the dealership.
GM Part number 86771173 - Cover
I paired it with the clear screen protectors off Amazon and the Tesla Model X screen covers off Amazon.

Edit - My kid kicked one of the screens from her car seat and hit the bottom edge causing it to crack. I left it as is for a while but replaced is after touchscreen function stopped working. When the parts guy at the dealer ordered the new screen, he said GM wouldn’t let him order the screen without an additional ‘case.’ The case ended up being the rubber bumper. When the dealer installed the new screen and I saw the bumper installed, I had him order a second bumper for the other screen. Leads me to believe GM knows these screen are damage prone.
Either way all three items (2 bumpers, a set clear screen protectors and 2 soft covers) end up being just a hair over $200, worth the investment since these screen are about $1300 each to replace all in with parts and labor.
The clear screen protectors are just like cell phone screen protectors, the rubber bumper fits right over them. The soft covers fit right over the rubber rubber bumper, so it’s triple protection.
