I applied about 4 cans now the black fluid film works good on a black yukon xl. I basically sprayed anything that look like rust. We'll see what happens. I did notice washing it that it now repels water underneath. [emoji106][emoji41]

Does the wool wax work better then fluid film ? It's just not sold around here .. I just never got to order some from Amazon . CRC must be like a rubber coating right ?? Needs to be on like bare metal.. no rust ?

The crc stuff is like fluid film but dries more to like a tacky film. I honestly like it and would have tried to do the whole truck with it but it would need allot of cans like 12+. I actually sprayed it in areas with active rust after wire wheeling down to encapsulate the moisture. I have por 15 these areas and epoxy painted in the past and if fails in a couple years no matter what so I didnt want to layer on a bunch of crap again and lock in the moisture. I used the crc on the wheel frame areas and brake components ect as the wool wax will definitely wash off there. The rest I used the wool wax. Not sure how they will hold up yet. Waiting for the leaves to dry up so I can make some runs on some dusty roads to kind of candy top coat the wool wax with dust. Its definitely a multi day process unless you put in a 8 hour day.
