Rust on Engine

I bought new Chevy Tahoe 2018 and looked today and saw big rusty part on the engine.
Is it normal? see picture, Can someone tell me what name of that part is?

thats the exhaust manifolds, made of cast iron, no stopping them from rusting. 100% normal and ok. just looks like hell next to all that shiny AL.

i spray everything under my car with 2 type Waxoyl before its get more rust.
