At the end of the day, you have a mass produced car designed by people who have to cut costs and assembled by people who watch the clock far more often than pay attention to what they’re doing. (BTW, I had 2 BMWs and a Benz. Same crap, just hidden better. The only mass produced car I’ve owned that was damn near perfect was a Lexus)
So the only cure is to rip it apart and do it right yourself (assuming it’s a car you plan on keeping). Here’s my 16 vette I redid myself. Everything from body gaps to loose interior bolts to soundproofing. (Can only attach 5 pics, but you get the idea)

I’ll tell you why I bought a Tahoe I look at Mercedes Benz GLS and it was cramp for 7 adults . Third I have always like the box manly look. The GLS felt like a soccer mom SUV. And got fed up with expensive part repairs on the Mercedes when you can get a Chevy part at any place. The Cadillac was my first pick bought everyone I know is always at dealer with the plague of electrical gremlins . I wanted something sturdy and reliable the Chevy Tahoe had great reviews in consumer reports . My first pick was a Range Rover but it plagued with problem so I tried GLS and hated the look . Went to the navigator but the engine was so small. The Chevy felt fast and furuios . Faster than the Cadillac

Why not the Denali then? And which consumer reports gave the Tahoe a great review?ee6c9bcd1f1124aff622ee6499d7eebb.jpg

Jorge, you got the perfect truck for you and your needs. I think it's time you take another road trip and go get some catfish sandwiches in Pahokee! Then you're appreciation for the truck and your decision to get it will keep improving.

The only one I've seen with better leather is the Cadillac Platinum with their Tehama leather on the first two rows. They probably cost about double too!

They weight a lot but reliabilty is the main concern any car or truck at 7000 pounds you brake will always slide forward versus a sedan

They rate them as average for reliability. I don’t tend to see any of these large SUV’s as trouble free but they are so cheap to fix it doesn’t really bother me. I can’t imagine having to pay to fix and audi or merc full size suv.
