Update..!!

Got a set of injectors on Amazon (prime) so I could get them quick, and cheap and installed them today.

Most of the misfiring cylinders are not misfiring anymore, I have my scanner which shows each cylinder, how many misfires it generates. I have only 2 cylinders on bank2 that are misfiring a little bit. And one cylinder on bank1 that is also misfiring a little. Bit

I believe those little misfires are due to the bad spark plugs because they were dark when I checked compression.

Now im about to order, new coils ,new cables, new spark plugs and new injectors, maybe a good name brand
Judging by your compression numbers, your plugs are trashed from blow by. Spray some oil in each cylinder (cold engine) and see if compression comes up. If it does substantially then your rings are shot. If it doesnt then you have valve sealing problems.

i got new ac delco spark plugs, new NGK coils, new wires, and set of new ULTRA-POWER injectors. ac delco injectors were out of stock on rockauto

after installing all. i still get the p0300 engine light flashing on the dash. engine sounds a little better,
after watching live data for misfiring cylinders i can see number 1 and number 7 cylinder misfiring but mostly number 7.

anything else i should check ??

It's flashing? I had a flashing p0300 in my van while driving, one of the issues I found was a clogged cat. It had 3. Have you checked those yet?

Update..

so i ran the truck for about 20 minutes down small roads. after i got home i checked each catalytic converter with my laser termometer.

passangers side seems to be evently heated at 230f to 255F

then went to the drivers side and the upper side closer to the engine was normal 235F
but the rear of the catalityc was over 600F and i could actually see the catalytic converter glow red '

Seems like the misfiring cylinders would cause the overheated converter? Or would the converter cause the cylinders to misfire? Let us know how this turns out.
