So I go to get this installed today and this is NOT the right stealthbox! I am not sure what box I actually need now. Any one have any ideas? It will not fit due to AC controls.

you have this model SB-GM-TAHOCNSL/10W1v3? It should fit with rear AC controls. If you have the AC vents in rear then that is the problem.

That is the issue it is tyhe vents. all the "guts" are under the console. can I see a pic of a Yukon withOUT rear ac vents?

related question - what is the deal with vents vs no vents? I have the controls but the vents are in the headliner - what designated that difference? Trim level? Or year? Or bench vs bucket rears?
