My '99 2dr is relatively unique in that it has the black W/T grill with sealed-beam lights. The lights are always on -- I see the DRL light always on, so I know that's why, but I can't manually turn the lights off no matter what I do. The dial to the very left that controls the lights (Parking lights, full lights, off) does not affect my headlamps. But it controls my interior lighting.
Does this sound normal? I've been told that's normal behavior due to DRL laws, I've also been told Uncle Sam did that to my truck (Air Force was my vehicle's previous owner).
