Seat belt bolt part #?

Hello all,
I just had to remove my front passenger seat on my '15 Suburban. Upon reinstalling it, the bolt that helps hold the seat belt in the pretensioner snapped as I was tightening it. I have searched online and have not been able to find a part number for said bolt. All diagrams I have seen have not included the bolt.
Does anyone know the part number for this bolt? And also, the how to video I watched said it the torque spec was 33 ft/lbs. Does this seem right?

My guess is that it should be 33 in/lbs.
It is only an M12 bolt.

Measure the thread pitch, diameter, and the length to see what's what. Is the bolt fully threaded, or is there an unthreaded shoulder under the head?

Nope, not it. Yours and the one dps01 posted are a bit long. It's fully threaded and only 9/16 inch long. I'll just swing by the dealership tomorrow and see what they say.

I wasn't sure about just finding a similar one at the hardware store due to it being a seat belt component. But the belt plate and tensioner plate lock together and the bolt merely helps hold them together. So I don't know.

Ok guys, I know yall are dying to know the outcome
So the dealership found the part and we discovered it was a discontinued part.
Part #11514503. We couldn't find it anywhere. Even the parts websites couldn't get them.
So I found bolts of the same dimensions on Amazon.
The bolt was an M6 x 1/2". So I found some M6 1.0x12mm with a torx head.
A little dab of blue thread lock and it fit like a charm.
And on another note, I found universal torque specs for bolts and an M6 8.8 class is rated at 7.3 ft lbs. So yeah, 33 was a tad too much

33 ft/lbs sounds like a reasonable torque for a seat belt bolt, but it's always best to check your vehicle's manual or service docs to be sure. You don't want to over-tighten or under-tighten these bolts because it could affect safety. So, I would definitely stick to what the manufacturer recommends.

For the big, main bolts yeah. The belt and pretensioner are connected by two interlocking plates. This bolt just prevents those plates from sliding and coming unlocked. I just found a service manual from another member and it shows 44 in/lbs.
