Seat creak

I've had a pretty nasty sounding seat creak from the passenger seat for some time now. You can hear it when taking off from being stopped or breaking/accelerating. Anyone know what usually causes this and the fix? Hoping it might be as simple as tightening a few bolts? Thanks!

check the bolts first, but you didn't say if the seat is occupied or empty, could be a weld separating, IDK keep us posted!

Only when occupied/weighted. Thanks I'll see if I can get a wrench on the bolts!
