Interesting. I'm guessing I gotta cut a slit into the foam on them to get the elelment in. Might just have to be a project although as my tow and fun vehicle it wouldn't be used much..

The pads are peel-n-stick adhesive stuck to the foam

I'll post some pics after install. I'm planning to install the switches in the door panel by the window switch.
