I have a stock non-screen head unit now in my 2008 Yukon. I would like to upgrade the head unit to one with a screen and add a backup camera. Kind of lost where to start with selecting a head unit, backup camera, and harness that will all work together. :emotions133:

Start with a PAC Audio harness.

Pick a Alpine, Kenwood, Clarion or Kenwood that fits your budget and needs. Use youtube to check reviews and functionality of the stereo you may get. There are many online retailers that have descent products. All of them should have a camera input and the ability to purchase a compatible camera.

I have a pioneer 8500 with pioneer bu camera waiting to be installed. I too opted for a bu camera to help my wife see better when she backs out of her work stall.

So where did you end up buying the equipment from?
