Hey guys need some help. my wife just called to tell me that while she was parked in a parking lot with the tahoe running, she got a message on the dic stating "service battery charging system" and the Tahoe shut off. Won't start back up and just clicks. Im out of town for work and have no way to assess the issue. Is this a battery issue or possibly an alternator problem or something else? Any help would be helpful, thanks!

some times the wires get loose and the alternator does not charge causing to kill the battery.
