I have resolved my truck issues.
The new tires, shocks, calipers, rotors, brake lines and drive shaft didn't fix it.
it was... *drumroll please*
The WHEELS themselves. They where the original 15 year old wheels. I never knew wheels could fatigue so badly. they were warped in all sorts of directions but not something you would ever guess by looking at them or that showed up when they mounted the new tires too them.
Now it looks mean as hell and rides smooth as silk.
