Shaking at 65mph

What would cause a 96 two door yukon to start shaking around 65 mph. I know the alingment is one but thats been checked.Its all stock suspension and wheels the tires are all the same size. What could it be?

Tire out of balance, bad tire (out of round), u-joints. Does it start to vibrate at certain speeds?

Had a vibration 2 for about a month.. Was to busy to go get them balance and last week started hearing grinding noise.. Turned out I had a drivers side hub bearing going out.. No vibration anymore..
