My application is drop spindles and loosened keys 1" in the front and in the back I have cut drop springs with belltech shock extenders but lately its been riding like shit and I think one of my shocks is blown what do yall suggest? Btw its sittin 31¼ front and 31¾ back

If you haven't already, cut off the rear bumpstops and the brackets completely (free-travel mod) and install some 3/4" bumpstops. And for shocks the Belltech street performance shocks are good. It's what I run and like them. If you want a stiff shock go with bilsteins.

And by your ride height numbers, your pretty low and if you don't have a rear hardware kit that's prolly part of your bad ride because your sway bar is hitting your panhard bar.

Yea I would deff cut the rear bumpstop bracket off completely all the way to the frame and grind it smooth so you do t have any sharp edges and then spray some rustoleum on there. And for the shocks get ahold of NorCalSS (Tony) and heres a link to his store http://tbssowners.com/store/

Here's a cpl pics of my truck with the bumpstops cutoff.

I'm late but I have the Bilsteins on my truck because I thought the belltechs were too soft. Both are a good shock though. If you prefer the bilsteins I can get you the PN for the shocks I have on my truck. Btw, I have a key/spindle drop up front and a 5.5" drop spring in the rear. I measure just a hair over 30" up front and 32" in the rear.

I'll have to agree with Alex. I've ran Bilsteins on quite a few GM rigs and they are 10x better than a stock shock and feel very connected with the road. Although they are firmer than stock, I would hardly call them "stiff". IMO Bilsteins are one of the best shocks out there for the coin spent.

I steered away from Belltechs a long,,, looooooong time ago when I had my first lowered C10. I had a problem with the Nitro shocks blowing out and went through 3 shocks in 9 months. After that I vowed to never buy another new Belltech shock lol.... :)
