I'm shocked no one has mentioned it yet...
Buy the engine mount for the Hummer H3 that had the 5.3l in it. They are solid rubber VS the hydraulic (oil filled) mount that came in these trucks.
The original mounts are essentially an oil filled bladder and are prone to tearing.
The H3 mount is what most police fleets use as replacements because they are much more durable.
I have a stock hydraulic mount on the passenger side and the H3 mount on the driver's side.
The 2wd trucks are pretty easy to swap the mounts on... the 4wd and AWD, like yours, are a bit more of a pain due to the front differential and CV axles, prop shaft.
If it were me I would want to do it once and be done with it, especially with the AWD.
