I bought a color matched aftermarket grille and had the chrome bumpers painted to match the Tahoe. I love the way it looks.
I say color match.

Do it , do it. Its going to look great.
Here is my before and after color matching grill and bumper with a rattle can. But once i did the front i had to the back as well. Still holding up nicely for 35 bucks in paint. (color match paint, self etching primer, primer, sanding materials and gloss)

Thx guys for the 100% vote to color match. Should look great when it comes back next week. I took the grill off this morning and it is headed to the painters tomorrow with the door handles, applique' and side mirrors.

Two more questions.

1. Should I leave the grill insert gloss black like it is now?

2. Should I leave the bow tie black (currently Plasti Dip) or change it to another color to make the contrast?

Yes color match all the way!!! Leave the grill inserts black. And have him do the bow tie glass black!
