Should i go with 275/60/20 or 305/50/20?

Looking at new tires to go with CCM level.

Which tire size should i go with?
275/60/20 or 305/50/20

I just went with the 275/60r20 Cooper Discoverer RTX and I have no complaints. Didn't have to trim anything and have no scrubbing whatsoever

There is a 1" tire height difference there, which is not insignificant.
