The Escalade sitting on Norcall SS drop kit. Thanks Tony for your help and guidance. This was the 4th or 5th mod as I had to wait about a month or so for the kit. But well worth the wait. Window Tint, Hotchkis Sway Bars and Exhaust were done while I waited for the drop kit.

First pic is after installing the drop kit and Wilwoods. The next stop was detail shop for a quick wash.

Next pic is after I had the wheels completed at the powder coat shop, mounted, & installed about 4 months later.

Hi Scott, the wheels are 26" Intro Vista II. The fronts are 26 X 9 and the rears are 26 X 10 Staggered offset. The rear lip is 3" the front is 2". That was the deepest I could go without having to modify anything besides the suspension (i.e. lowering) of course. I am sorry but I don't know the exact offset. I'd have to call out to SoCal to double check.

I requested for the full polish option so that the subsequent powder coat operation would be easier and look better than non-polished. Masking was time consuming but worth the extra effort. I am very pleased with the results and am glad that I chose the Intros.

Yes sir, I think they are great. Noticeable difference. They are designed for both stock or lowered. I have Hotchkis sway bars on the Escalade, My Crew Cab, and on my Impala SS. Liked them and the quality so much I went ahead and put a set on my G35 Infiniti.

Definitely would recommend. As noted, this was one of the very first few mods.

Found and uploaded the installed pic below

What does this do for the car?

The bigger thicker sway bars tighten up your suspension and ride. The difference is most noticeable on tight corners or bends such as an on ramp or an off ramp highway exit. It limits body roll thus keeping better tire to road traction. On the SS and the Infiniti, I can get on or off the highway at some amount "theoretically" higher than the posted speed limit without any issues.

On the 2005 Escalade I installed Eibach sway bars. The did the job. Definitely like and recommend the Hotchkis product line.

The Infniti sway bar sits a little different than on the SS and the truck / SUV

Interesting…
I just purchased the Norco 2/4 lowering kit so this may be something I look into after making that suspension change. Thank you for the information.

Yes sir, you are welcome. Not an immediate must have but a nice worthwhile upgrade. You can physically tell the difference between the aftermarket sway bars versus stock. Post some pics of your new look when you get it done. Thanks.
