There’s a spring and grease inside the switch. I’ve taken mine apart and rebuilt it in a sense.

Well I bought these a few years ago , eBay doesn’t show that far back . But I got them for like $10 (maybe less) from China and took like 4 weeks to get to me.

So these came with exact size hole saw for drilling. I tapped into the door lights right above it.

I see, they go in the bottom of the door panel. Cool. I ordered a set of blue logos for the Silverado. I’ll check them out, if they’re good I’ll get a set for the rear doors too.

My bad, didn’t realize there’s other options. These are what I have.
