Single female being vandalized continuously noticed so this changing the oil

I’m disabled and shot just keeps harkening to my truck I just did oil change and front end sounded like it was going to fall apart so I investigated front to back and look at what I found I don’t know what is what or what’s needed to replace anything with wtf then go to start truck notice buddy ground pulled right out something every week I have cameras I don’t know hire they are getting past them I keep to myself live in the country no drama no exs

Please help me prioritize and what I need to do supposedly transmission was replaced out year but didn’t do test main seal and front suspension was supposed to so be replaced to but I don’t see it

I do not see anything out of place or unusual in your photo's
at 190k unless some preventative maintenance has already been done then it can snowball on you, after 160k things will start to wear out like wheel hubs, knock sensors, heater hoses, water pump, etc,etc
