Are you sure there's a sub back there? If it's a stock system, non Bose , there wouldn't be a sub back there , just a grill with no holes, solid looking . From your pic the speaker looks like an after market one.

To get Bluetooth probably would be better to just change the head unit. Is it still the stock one? You can see if there's a sub on the driver side , easiest way is to remove the panel where the Jack is stored and trying to stick your hand up there, inside , and feel for a sub , or mini sub box.

Crutchfield has some good prices and if you need speaker adaptors they include them .Imo a lot of shops don't want to install other people's equipment if they didn't sell it to you, they don't make as much $$ off you , just my .02 tho. Looking to make some heavy bass?
