I can't find a skid plate for my AWD 2008 Denali.
Any leads?
Not stock ones, but something cool. Ya know, something that says I vape, wear a flat billed hat and No Fear gear.
My 01 has the one from the factory that's under the oil pan and front differential, but it's made of thick/rigid plastic

ya they made both plastic and aluminum ones, I had put the metal one on my 00 when I had it also. the metal are supposed to go on the z71 packages but my 18 Silverado z71 has a plastic one, apparently they only put the metal ones on the z71 suv's? so I found some new metal take off's from a Tahoe to put on it last night on ebay.Mine too but its cracked.
more then likely notthere is also a factory metal one out there for the new z71 trucks but not sure if it would fit the gmt900's or not, I saw a picture of one on another forum
I will find out soon enough I ordered one for the Silverado last nightmore then likely not
i can check the hybrid since it's lower it might have a "metal one"
you could mock something up with a big piece of cardboard and then use that as a frame to cut out some aluminum, might work for smoother air flow anywayI've been looking for some thing to put under the back of mine. Removing the spare tire it looks like the bumper would just act like a huge scoop at higher speeds. I figured I would probably have to make one starting with a wide rear diffuser for a hellcat or something. As flat as the rear bumper is a flat sheet of aluminum or abs could prob be used just to tie it all in and give it some support
