Sloshing noise under passenger side dash

I've searched high and low on the internet and message boards and cannot figure out what this noise is.

I think it's coming from the heater core. I hear coolant sloshing around everytime I step on the gas from being at a standstill. I don't hear it as I'm driving slow. Just when I initially step on the gas.

The coolant level is pretty much at the cold fill line. It may need a splash more but I woudldn't think that would cause an issue.

I have a 2002 Tahoe w/ 150k miles on it.

Can anyone help me??!!??

Check the heater box drain it may be plugged.
