Slow locking and unlocking

Lately I have had to push the buttons on my key fob 5 or 6 times for it to unlock, and even then I can never get it to unlock the passenger doors. I thought maybe the battery was going so I got a new one, but it still didn't change much. Any ideas why?

Could be the door lock actuator is going bad?

Might look at the contacts on the fob, too. An eraser can clean em up pretty good.

Does presing the power lock button on the door have the same results?
