Smelling coolant

Any luck w/ the source of the coolant loss yet?

Thanks all, appreciate the suggestions.

I have plenty of heat inside the truck.

I see that I’m not loosing coolant, IF I am it’s so little it’s not noticeable,yet.

I’ll check the fittings you all are talking about and see if they are leaking. I wish I looked closer to the water pump area and the side tanks of the radiator before the snow and the salt got all over the truck.

Sorry all, been busy here. I can’t find the coolant leak, it’s not loosing any substantial coolant either as the little sharpie marks I’ve been putting on the res. tank haven’t shown any loss.

Doesn’t drip, doesn’t show any wet spots when wiping the heater lines including the fittings.

With all the salt that was on the roads I can’t tell if the pump is leaking.

I can definitely smell it & my son has been picking up on it now when I stuff it into the garage and close the door.
