i touched it with gloves on but to be honest everything was covered in the stuff i couldnt really tell either way, i know when i poured fresh coolant in the tank it seem to spill from this particular area at a heavy flow.

trust me i was thinking how can i do this myself i just dont have a place i could leave the car to work on it. im in nyc, live in an apartment. no garage, no driveway. I had an empty lot i could work on my car in piece but you have to drive to it and if you left the car there overnight it would get towed by the city. next job like this hopefully ill have a spot
