smooth painted door handles & mirror covers

I am looking to replace my blacke textured handles for paint matched ones. Any color would work but if they were olympic white that would be sweet.

I know someone has to have these laying around after they put crome ones on...

I have a set of white mirror caps, but I can only part with them if I had another set of smooth paintable caps. I was planning on getting them colormatched for my truck.
