Pulling my heads this week, installing new head gaskets, Vortec heads with LS6 beehive springs, stock ports, stock valves, RPM Performer (possibly the Air Gap version) type intake and TBI to Carb adapter. For now I'm running stock bottom end. I'm slowly building a short block to swap the top end onto in a few months if everything goes OK ... I know I will need a chip when I am all done. I'm hoping to get it running well enough to use for a few more months with this setup, which I am calling 350 Vortec 1.1 LOL.

Anyone else do this already??

(I hate being the first when it doesn't work out, I love it when it does though)
